Founded by Patty Sue Williams in 1997, Telesis originally focused on Quality Assurance and Testing data processing services, for a wide variety of large and small organizations across various industries.  As software technology advanced, Telesis expanded into production business process automation.

In 2007, Telesis created the AmeriSource program, a cost-effective domestic alternative to offshore software testing. That year, our company president was presented with a Woman of Innovation Award by the Connecticut Technology Council for the program.

In 2008, Telesis was ranked #57 out of the top 100 computer and electronics companies in Inc. Magazine’s prestigious Inc. 5000.

In 2009, Telesis began to utilize its 13 years of proven, successful business process automation methodology to expand into broader process solutions for clients, such as claims processing, legacy migrations and data transformation solutions.

In 2010, Telesis expanded Business Process Automation Solutions into the production processing arena to empower business users with the ability to quickly automate rules-based tasks, focused primarily on the SalesForce platform.

In 2012, Telesis used its automation prowess to automate the processing of over 12,000 Hurricane Sandy Homeowners Insurance claims … in 2 days!

During 2020 – 2022, we architected and built out four major Salesforce Communities for high profile SAAS Clients.

Today the majority of our services center around automating production business processes.  We specialize in customized and optimized Salesforce solutions with our Certified SalesForce Consultants.
